THE NEXT LEVEL OF BUSINESS WILL FREE YOU TO THRIVE…

“If you can’t be away for 30 days, you don’t have a business—you have a job!”

In the early days of your business, you had to be involved in everything to get it started—and you loved doing it.  You made the sales calls to get business in the door…then you watched over all the operations to make sure the product or service was correct… you followed up on all customer service issues…and all your employee’s issues!   YOU WERE THE ONE-MAN BAND.

What’s different now?

YOU’RE READY TO LAUNCH YOUR BUSINESS TO ITS FULLEST POTENTIAL!  You’ve proven your ability and quality, and your company is poised to grow. But how do you do it?  Just keeping up with what you have now takes all your time and energy.  You can’t see the way to grow, scale and expand without burning out or blowing up.

BUT WE CAN! We KNOW that to make that leap to the next level, you can no longer be a solo act. And we know how to do it—without stretching yourself so thin that you can’t enjoy it!

To turn your one-man band into an orchestra that plays beautifully, you must set aside some time to work on your business from the outside looking in.  You need a clear vision of what your business can be. You need new systems that can better automate your services. And you need to develop a team concept to handle the larger demand for your product or service.

A BIGGER BUSINESS… *AND* A BETTER LIFE.

You may have an above-average income and comfortable lifestyle, but do you have a LIFE?  If your health demanded it, or if you just wanted to take 30 days off to enjoy travel or family, would your business be there when you returned?

If not, then you’ll be owning your business forever. Who would buy a one-man band?

I know very well the burdens of being a one-man band.  I came from a blue-collar family and was married with a child before I was 19 years old. I went into business immediately with only one mission: find a way to earn an above-average income, no matter what it takes.

I started selling life insurance when I was 18, mutual funds when I was 20, and opened an independent investment company at age 25. For 15 years I worked every minute I wasn’t sleeping, until I finally achieved the dream: a big house, nice cars, and all the things everyone wants for their family.

But it came with a hefty price tag. This “dream” was all built on commission sales, and every Monday I started over again without a paycheck.  This kind of “dream” can turn into a nightmare very quickly!

Thankfully, I found the better way. I began the process of converting to a “fee for services” model.  I built a consistent repeatable process, and a team to operate it.  I named and trademarked it, and started “internally outsourcing” the work to a staff of solution providers instead of employee helpers.

I got my life back—and I now owned a financial services business that could function perfectly well without me having to be there.

Little did I know how important this would be when one day, while under a routine review by the SEC, I was charged by a zealous auditor with a discloser rule infraction that would eventually result in my resignation and having to sell the business.

Professionally, it was devastating for a short time. But financially, having moved from a one-man band to a finely-tuned orchestra made the business very attractive to a buyer. This gave me a windfall to do what I really love: coaching other business owners on how to play a song that is sellable.

Now it’s time to build your orchestra.

Sharing concepts that will scale your business and shatter your limitations.
